INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, raisins 15%, egg yolk, candied orange peels 10% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifier: mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids; glucose-fructose syrup, invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, flavouring agents. INGREDIENTS OF ICING AND DECORATION: sugar, almonds, egg white, "Piedmont Hazelnut" 1,0%, kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard. Store in a cool and dry place.
